Blomberg MIX55487N induction hob with frameless design, 78cm width. Features 4 cooking zones Booster function, Bridge function that can merge the 2 indepent zones on the left to one big Flex Zone, touch control with 9 power levels, residual heat indicator levels for each zone, Timer with shutdown function for all zones and SafetyLock for children.

This Flex Zone can be used via Bridge function as a large zone or as two independent zones depending on your cooking needs at any time. The Flex Zone consists of two independent inductors that can be controlled separately. The large zone will accommodate dishes with a diameter of 250 mm or 280 mm (Square or oval dishes are acceptable), ideal for griddles, barbeque and large pans.

Helping to create more precise cooking results, our cook sensor keeps the cooking temperature constant in the middle zone, ensuring perfectly cooked meals every time.

There are only advantages. Sensor control will give you quick access to many advanced functions, including precise setting of heating power, time control of the cooking process and turning on and off the panel lock. Thanks to it, due to the lack of elements protruding above the surface ofthe hob, you can clean it easily and quickly, avoiding time-consuming and uncomfortable scrubbing.

A convenient solution for those who live intensively and do not like to waste a single minute. Want to bring water to a boil in no time? The Boost function enhances the heating power when you need to quickly get a high temperature. You can use the Boost function on any cooking zone. The cooking zone will return to its original setting after 5 minutes.

Specify how long the hob should run. When the time is up, the hob automatically turns off the heating zone, and beeps. Now you can use the Timer as an egg timer.
