The energy-efficient Fissler Superthermic base can be used on all hobs, even induction ones, and ensures maximum heat retention, distribution and absorption.

Thanks to the lid positioning aid and locking indicator to safely seal the pressure cooker, it is very easy to use the pressure cooker. When the pressure cooker closes properly, the characteristic “click” sound is heard and the color indicator on the handle changes from red to green so you can start cooking.

All Fissler pressure cookers have 2 cooking settings to preserve the nutrients and taste of the food. The first setting for light cooking with a pressure of 0.4 bar and a temperature of 109°C is suitable for delicate foods such as vegetables, while the second setting for fast cooking with a pressure of 0.8 bar and a temperature of 116°C is suitable for solid foods, like meat.
