The dose is automatically calculated based on the last grind, ensuring it is ready for the next use.
It delivers a solid 10kg impression to your dose, finishing it off with a 7º twist for a smoother surface.
If your dose required a little more or a little less, the intelligent dose system automatically corrects this, remembering the last dose and the adhesion effect and adjusting it to ensure you achieve the perfect dose this time.
Full-bodied coffee with rich and complex flavors is created using the ideal dose of 18g. of freshly ground beans delivered from a professional-style 54mm portafilter made of stainless steel.
A rich, creamy and caramel espresso starts with low pressure pre-infusions, followed by a high pressure (9 bar) extraction process delivered through our 15 bar Italian pump.
