Product Warranty

Warranty applies only with proof of purchase.

The duration of the guarantee set by each manufacturer varies between 12 and 24 months or even longer, depending on the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable law.

Warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the device.

Product Repairs

If a product under warranty develops a technical problem, it must be examined by an authorized technician.

In all cases, the manufacturer's terms and conditions for repairs or replacements apply.

Installation

Installation fees for Home Appliances and Air Conditioners are as follows:

If the installation of Home Appliances requires a lifting machine, the additional cost is to be paid by the buyer.

Basic Air Conditioner Installation

The installation charge includes a maximum distance of 3 meters between the indoor and outdoor unit. VAT is included in the above prices.

Additional Air Conditioner Installation Work

Any other work requested by the buyer will be charged on the spot.

If the installation of Air Conditioners requires a lifting machine, the additional cost is to be paid by the buyer.
